Booking Conditions for Camping/Touring Caravans/Cottages

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable. A booking forms a contract between you (the person making the booking) and the Park. We agree to hold the Pitch for the agreed days for the number of people in your group on the booking form, and you (the person making the booking) agree to pay for the accommodation as requested. We would therefore, recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation.

Conditions of Touring Pitch Hire

1.DEPOSIT: must be made when the booking is made. The balance payment is to be made one month before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS PER WEEK BOOKED AND IS NON REFUNDABLE

2. If payment is not received by the appointed date we are entitled to assume you do not require the pitch which may then be re-let without further notice. If we are unable to re-let, the person on this booking form is liable for the balance of the hire fee.

3. Phone bookings will remain firm provided we receive your postal confirmation and initial payment within seven days. No reservation will exist until an acknowledgement and acceptance has been received by person named on the booking form.

4. All bookings commence at 2 pm (subject to unavoidable delays) on date of arrival and terminate at 12 noon on date of departure.

5. J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to re-let the Pitch if the person named on the booking form and his party have not taken up residence by 12 noon the morning after the start date of the holiday unless notified to the contrary. It will be deemed that the booking is cancelled and all monies forfeited.

6. The Touring Pitch must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer will make good before departure.

7. Young parties of all males/females or combination of both are not accepted.

8. Due to clerical work involved including alteration/amendment or cancellation requested by the client after the booking form has been received there will be a charge of £20.00.

9. J.B.Old Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking application. For the wellbeing of guests, J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of guests or members of our staff.

10. J.B.Old Ltd shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities are not available due to circumstances beyond their control.

11. It may be necessary at the beginning or end of the season to amend or withdraw certain facilities according to demand. Accordingly, J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.

12. DOGS are allowed in April, May, June and September but must be kept on a lead at all times and not to be left alone at any time and any mess to be cleared and disposed of responsibly. DOGS are NOT allowed in High Season (July/August) for Touring/Camping .

13. STRICTLY No Dogs allowed in our Static Caravans or on any balconies of our caravans.

14. We should like to draw you attention to the 10mph speed limit within the site.

15. NO skateboarding allowed on the park

16. Please use breathable ground sheets if at all possible.

17. NO GENERATORS allowed silent or otherwise.

18. Barbeques are allowed as long as they are raised off the ground.  PLEASE NOTE: No open fires or fire pits are allowed on our site. Gas or Charcoal BBQ’s off the ground only.

18. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

19. Car parking space for your reserved pitch must have a completed registration number on the booking form together with any additional car registration numbers staying on the same numbered Pitch.

20. Your Car must be registered when booking, so we will need your car registration.  Your car must stay parked next to your caravan/camping pitch. There is no parking further down the caravan park.  You have to walk or you will have to pay at the Pay and Display Car Park by the beach.

21. J.B. Old Ltd reserves the right to refuse if the booking form not completed correctly.

22. Please respect fellow campers at all times especially at NIGHT. No noise after 10pm.

23. J.B. Old Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury to customers or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property – however caused.

24. NO Supermarket home deliveries allowed on the site.

25. J.B. Old Ltd reserves the right to evict anyone with no monies refunded, for not complying with site rules.

26. Multiple bookings are not allowed to be made.  Families must book individually and include everything they are bringing so that appropriate fee is charged.

27. All camping tickets and tags MUST be displayed clearly whilst staying on the camping field so that staff can do their daily checks. Constant reminding of asking to show your tickets and tags will result in being asked to leave the Park as not conforming with J.B. Old Ltd site rules.


Booking Conditions for Static Caravans Hire

Cancellation

We agree to hold the accommodation for the agreed days for the number of people in your group on the booking form, and you (the person making the booking) agree to pay for the accommodation as requested. We would therefore, recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation.

Conditions of Hire

1.DEPOSIT: 20% of the total price when the booking is made. The balance payment is to be made one month before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS PER WEEK BOOKED AND IS NON REFUNDABLE

5. J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to re-let a caravan if the prospective tenant and his party have not taken up residence by 10am the morning after the start date of the holiday unless notified to the contrary. It will be deemed that the booking is cancelled and all monies forfeited.

6. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer will make good or pay for any furniture, fixtures and equipment which may be broken, lost or damaged during occupation of the caravan.

7. Groups of all males/females or combination of both are not accepted. Families only.

8. Due to clerical work involved any alteration or amendment or cancellation requested by the client after the booking form has been received will be subject to an automatic administration/alteration/cancellation fee of £20.00.

9. J.B.Old Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking application. For the wellbeing of guests, J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of guests or members of our staff.

10. J.B.Old Ltd shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities are not available due to circumstances beyond their control.

12. J.B. Old Ltd, reserves the right to reduce the price of holiday homes at any time to make special offers available.

13. Car parking space for your reserved caravan must have a completed registration number on booking form together with any additional car registration numbers staying in the same numbered caravan.

14. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, DOGS or PETS allowed in the caravans or on the balconies of our caravas.

15. We should like to draw you attention to the 10mph speed limit within the site.

16. No Tents, Pop-ups or Campervans are allowed as extra accommodation alongside your Static Caravan. You must book in with the Touring Field.

17. NO skateboarding allowed on the park.

18. NO Supermarket home deliveries allowed on the site.

19. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

20. Changeover days are strictly Thursday, Friday or Saturday in peak season which includes Easter, Whitsun and Summer Holidays.

21.J.B. Old Ltd reserves the right to refuse if the booking form not completed correctly.

22. Please respect fellow guests in caravans at all times especially at NIGHT.

23. No campfires or firepits allowed near or on the balcony of the static caravan. BBQ’s are allowed – gas or charcoal only and raised off the ground on the grass area away from the caravan.

24. J.B. Old Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury to customers or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property -however caused.

25. J.B. Old Ltd reserve the right to evict anyone with no monies refunded, for not complying with site rules.

26. On arrival should a guest have any problem with their accommodation please report to the office either in person or via email or by telephone.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY COTTAGE HIRE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. “The Owner” is letting to the holiday maker. The “Guest” shall mean the person who signs the booking form and any other person named in that form as the proposed Guest.

2. The contract entered into is between the Guest and the Owner

3. Bookings can only be accepted from persons over the age of 18 years and will be strictly accepted in order of deposits received. The Guest who certifies acceptance of the conditions on behalf of all persons included on the form. Sub letting will not be permitted and only the number of persons stated when booking will be accommodated in the property. The Owner reserves the right to decline any booking or refuse to hand over a key to any person who has not complied with the booking conditions.

4. Provisional bookings can be accepted by telephone and must be confirmed within seven days by the receipt of a booking form and the required deposit which is 20% of the total booking costs. The balance must be paid by the Guest no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If the balance is not received the owner has the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

5. Payment and Cancellation. Once a booking is confirmed the Guest is responsible for the total holiday cost. In the event of cancellation by the Guest the owner will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund any monies paid less a cancellation fee of 40% of the holiday cost.

6. Cancellation insurance is NOT included in the holiday rental; therefore we recommend that Holiday Insurance is taken out independently by the Guest as soon as the deposit is paid.

7. Booking Alterations. After a contract has been concluded any request for the Guests for changes in the contract will be subject to the agreement of the Owner. A request by the Guest for transfer of a booking to another property will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation.

8. Damage, Loss and Nuisance. The Guest agrees that the supervision of children, adults, dogs and babies requiring care remain the responsibility of the Guest. To be responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and clean condition. Not to cause nuisance to other occupants of nearby properties. To pay for any damage, loss however caused excluding reasonable wear and tear incurred during the occupation. To allow reasonable access to the Owner should it be deemed necessary. If in the opinion of the Owners, any Guest is not suitable to continue occupation of the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the contract may be treated by the Owner as discharged and may repossess the property immediately. The Guest will remain liable for the costs of hire and no refund will be due.

9. The property will be available from 4.00pm on arrival until 10.00am on departure, The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed that stipulated on the booking form unless agreed prior to arrival with the Owner.

10. Lost Property. The Owner will not be responsible for any items of personal property left in any of the properties. A mInimum charge of £10.00 may be made for its return and if the item exceeds £10.00 postage and package then the Guest will be notified. All left property must be paid before it is posted back to the Guest.

11. Liability. No liability is accepted by the owner for loss of personal property.

12. Breakdowns. Electric and other failures must be reported immediately to the Owners and Guests must not attempt to effect repairs themselves. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of gas/water and electric utility companies.

13. If in the opinion of the Guest there are grounds for complaint it is the duty of the Guest to notify the Owner as soon as is reasonably possible and in any event before departure to allow remedial action to be taken.

14. Group and single sex bookings are not allowed at Treyarnon Bay Farm Cottages. The location is not suitable for Stag and Hen parties. If your holiday does involve a Group booking in some way then please contact the Owner before making the booking in advance.

15. External factors. The Owners cannot be held to blame for any disturbance caused by holiday fairs, fetes events or traffic occurring during the letting season or building works in the vicinity or on neighbouring properties.

16. Amenities. Any amenities provided by the Owners must be used safely. The Owner will not accept liability resulting from the misuse of any Amenity.

17. Dogs are not allowed at Treyarnon Bay Farm Cottages in the school summer holidays. Springfield Barn and The Old Stable do allow dogs all year. Pet owners are expected to bring suitable bedding for their animals. Any Guest who takes a pet into the property without permission is in breach of their contract and the owner has the right to terminate the booking forthwith and to retain all the monies paid by the Guest – pets must not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, if they foul in the garden it must be cleared up immediately. Dogs are charged at £25.00 per week per dog. A set of dog rules will be sent to you at the time of booking.

18. Guests obligation. The Guest agrees to treat the property they are renting with respect and take good care of the property during occupation and to leave it tidy and clean at the end of their stay. To pay the cost of any damage they have caused to the property. This includes repairs, replacements, extra cleaning stain removing etc. To leave the properties secure locking all doors and windows.

19. Booking Forms. Guests are required to provide us with your Personal Information as follows – Full name, address, email address, telephone contact details. This information is for our records only and will not be passed on to anyone else.

20. We do not have any wifi or internet broadband in any of our cottages due to a poor signal in the area.
