With two – and three-bedroom options – both sleeping up to a family of six – they’re kitted out with everything you’d expect, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet, lounge area and a TV. Across our site we have various models of caravan situated across three areas -Lower Field, Lucerne Meadows and the Main Field. These locations can all be found on our Pitch Map.
Lower Field
The Lower Field is situated just below the Main field and is closest to the beach! These caravans all have spectacular sea views, and many have balconies too – perfect for watching the sun set in the evenings! In the Lower Field you will find our 2016 Willerby Rio Gold model of caravan.
Lucerne Meadow
Lucerne Meadow is located just along the lane from Treyarnon Bay beach, which provides these caravans with some impressive sea and beach views. Many of the caravans also have balconies, which are perfect to relax on throughout the day and into the evening! In Lucerne Meadow we have our 2019 Swift Ardenne and 2020 Swift Loire caravans.
Main Field
The caravans on our main field are all close to the main entrance and reception and, most importantly, the beach! We have a variety of caravans here for you to choose from, all finished to an impeccable standard and fitted with everything you’d expect. The caravans on this site can be found in rows B, C, D and R, and all come with sea views and balconies, which provide you with the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Our caravans R9, R9a, R10 & R11 are all this model and are located on the Main Field.
We have two 3 bedroom 2022 Willerby Brookwoods and two 3 bedroom 2023 models, brand new for the 2024 Season. These stylish caravans all have balconies and sea views with gas central heating, microwaves, fridge freezers and gas ovens. Please bring your own double and single duvet covers together with pillow cases and bed sheets. Towels are not provided. The photographs taken are of caravan R9a.
Our caravans R2 and R3 are both this model and are located on the Main Field.

Caravans L29, L41 and L45 are 2016 models – all located in the Lower Field.

Caravans C5, D3 and R12 are all 2024 Atlas Mirages, brand new for the 2025 season and are located on the Main Field.
2024 Atlas Mirage – These caravans are brand new for 2025 and will be located with sea views and balconies. We have 3 bedroom caravans in this style. Please bring your own double and single duvet covers together with pillow cases and bed sheets. Towels are not provided. Caravans B5 and R1 are both this model and are located on the Main Field.
The 2020 ABI Ryedales are both 3 bedrooms. Please bring your own double and single duvet covers together with pillow cases and bed sheets. Towels are not provided. They will both have sea views with front balconies. The photographs taken are of caravan R1.
These caravans are located in Lucerne Meadow and numbers 7 and 8 are this model of caravan.
Swift Loire 2020 are both 2 bedrooms and are the smaller size of 28ft x 12ft caravan. Family only. Please bring your own double and single duvet covers together with pillow cases and bed sheets. Towels are not provided. They both have sea views but no balconies. The interior photographs taken are of Caravan 7.

“Treyarnon Bay caravan park is a wonderful place to holiday. My family and I have been coming here since I was a toddler – so nearly 50 years. Well where do I begin. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and conscientious. The caravan site itself is in a superb location with wonderful views of the bay and surrounding coastline. Wonderful walks and the beach is immaculate. What is brilliant is there is no wifi or a club so that makes it the perfect location for a relaxing “get away from it all” type of holiday. The static caravans are exceptionally clean and well maintained. In our opinion the best place ever!”

We can offer you a 15-year Licence from 1 April or Easter (whichever is earliest in the year) until 31 October every year.
We require a non-returnable deposit per week per caravan when you book. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday starts. So that the caravans stay clean and pleasant, we don’t allow dogs / pets and smoking is definitely not allowed in our caravans.
We don’t provide Wi-Fi on site, and our mobile signal can be a little patchy – but we think this adds to the charm. Take the opportunity to go off-grid for a few days and enjoy the natural beauty and charm of Cornwall, while staying in our caravans.
We’re a quiet site so we don’t allow groups of young people or all female/male groups. Families only
