Can I bring my dog with me to stay at Treyarnon Bay?

We are delighted to welcome your four-legged friends to the campsite outside of the main season, but we do not allow dogs in our main camping areas during the school summer holidays in July and August as our site is very busy at this time.

If you would like to bring your dog with you to Treyarnon Bay in the school summer holidays, we have an alternative camping field, 10-15 minutes walk from the main site and we are happy for dogs to stay with campers there. This field does not have electricity provision. This field is not available to book online so please call the office to book.

We do not allow dogs in our static caravans.

Dogs are allowed at the following cottages all year:
Hillcrest, Homesleigh, Trevear Farmhouse, Polly’s, The Old Stable and Springfield Barn.
We do not allow dogs at Lily’s, Mermaids, Shellseekers, Sunset or Bens Stable in the school summer holidays. If you are unsure, then please do not hesitate to ask our reception team.

Can I make a booking for a large party of my friends?

We are a quiet campsite, and our main visitors are families and couples – all of whom are looking for a relaxing base from which to explore Cornwall. Due to this, we don’t allow large bookings of all male or all female groups. We’re not the right destination for you if you’re looking for somewhere to host your hen or stag weekend or you’re looking for raucous birthday celebrations!
We do have an alternative camping field – situated away from our main campsite – which we do allow a small group of friends to camp in throughout the season.
Please telephone us on 01841 520681 if you’d like to chat about options.

If you’re looking for a larger superstore, Padstow and Newquay are your nearest options for the bigger supermarket chains.

Does Treyarnon Bay Holidays have a café on site?

During the school holidays, you can enjoy visits from various local food vans – all providing you with delicious Cornish fare. It’s a great opportunity to treat yourself after a day of sightseeing. The food vans – Coastal Coffee and Melt – are located in the car park, and down near the Bay.
A fish and chip van comes to visit Treyarnon Bay Holidays twice a week in the school holidays, the perfect seaside indulgence after a day at the beach!

For wonderful Cornish ice cream, Kelly’s Ice Cream have a site near the beach and have been selling ice cream at Treyarnon Bay since the Sixties. Highly recommended!
